We can accommodate a wide range of events including weddings, corporate retreats, team-building events, family reunions, birthday parties, festivals, and more. Our glamping setups provide a unique and memorable experience for any occasion.

We can accommodate up to 128 guests comfortably between our 32 tents. This is based on 4 people per tent, however we can increase this by another 32 guests if you were to put 6 guests in each 5m tent.

A refundable security bond of $100 per tent up $500 and deposit of 25% of the total tent hire fee is required to secure your booking date and tents.

Your security bond is refundable within 15 days after your event provided all our equipment is returned in original hire condition.

The deposit is 100% refunded outside of 120 days prior to the booking, 50% refunded between 120 days and 90 days prior to the booking but non-refundable 89 days or less prior to your booking date.

We recommend booking your event as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons or for larger groups. However, we understand that some events may be planned on shorter notice, so we'll do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

This is again dependent on your selected package, for the basic package you’ll need to bring everything besides a tent, for the comfort we’d recommend camping chairs, esky, towels and power banks. For the premium you’ll just need a towel, we can provide all other essential excluding food.

Your deposit secures your booking date and ensures another client does not take your booking date, it shows a commitment to our services and in return we are committed to not taking any other bookings on your selected date.

The Bond is required to cover any accidental damages to our tents or furnishings, we can all makes mistakes from time to time so the bond is used to cover repairs costs and our insurance excess. If there is no damage then your bond is returned to you within 12 business days after your booking date.

We will aim to have all tents set up by 2pm on the booking day and will be on site to start packing down at 10am on check out day. Please let us know if you like different times then the ones stated, happy to be flexible.

This is dependent on how many tents and how much bedding per tent, generally 1 tent with 1 queen bed will take 35min, under 10 tents will take 1 day and 20+ tents will take 2 days but will require extra staff to complete in time.
